Seroquel & sperm count

The psychiatrist just added seroquel (quetiapine) to my regiment. It’s an atypical (second generation) antipsychotic.

Was doing some reading about it on the old Web MD and came across this paragraph under “side effects”:

Quetiapine may increase a certain natural substance (prolactin) made by your body. For females, this increase in prolactin may result in unwanted breast milk, missed/stopped periods, or difficulty becoming pregnant. For males, it may result in decreased sexual ability, inability to produce sperm, or enlarged breasts.

I’m hoping that it does shut off my sperm production so that my congested epididymides can catch up on reabsorbing dead sperm so they won’t be so swollen and my nuts won’t be so sore.

Anyone with post vasectomy congestive pain have any experience with seroquel?
