Hi everyone, I’ve been feeling like kind of a freeloader here and wanted to give something back.
I found these stretches online, and although they haven’t taken my pain away, they’ve helped tremendously with referred pain in my legs and rectal area. Actually, I have almost no rectal or leg pain since doing these stretches, and it seems to reduce any scrotal aches that I had.
I know it won’t work for everyone, but it’s something to try before going to a PT, especially if $ is an issue.
