Thankfully yes on exercise in fact I have run several 5Ks in the last year when I really wasn’t a runner before all this. I just can’t squat really so no exercising that pushes the testicles upwards towards my right side “hot spot”. When I had my nerve block a couple of years ago I couldn’t believe it I could squat and flex for the first time without significant discomfort since the vas. It only lasted about a day though sadly. Mixed emotions it confirmed I was a “nerve guy” but also I felt more confident in dealing with the reality of it so I was glad I did it for the diagnostic value.
