Took my first dose of Cialis

#21

Thanks! Good to hear it’s helpful.

For everyone’s benefit, Dr. Parekatill definitely believes in the pain reduction power of Cialis to the point that he’s having a local pharmacy mix generic tadalafil with oxytocin (muscle relaxant). It costs $125/month, but that’s less than brand-name Cialis, so I ordered and just received a month’s supply. My pain levels have been pretty low, even non-existent this week, so I’m hesitant to add something new to the mix. I am still taking 50mg Elavil per day and might wean off that first and then introduce the Cialis.

So your pain is non-existant? That’s great.

I have been taking a little Gabapentin the last few days and have ordered some of the compounded mix with Cialis and Oxytocin.

The thing that intrigued me was the Oxytocin. I had read a while back that oxytocin is an important hormone for bonding and relationship building so I am hopeful that will help.

Since my gut problems really took off I have felt off, which kind of reinforces to me the importance of gut health for regulation of well being. It will be interesting for me to see how that makes me feel.

#23

I wouldn’t say non-existentbut it has helped dial it back a bit. The chord pain still is as high as it still gets.

But worth a shot I think. It may work more for others depending on your issues.

#24

I am getting this “special mixture” as well. I’ll see how it goes. The key for me right now is preventing inflammatory processes as I heal post-reversal (7 weeks ago)

#25

This is all very exciting, this new mixture, really really hope it helps ! I’ll be watching for results.

So I will say after taking a dose everyday for this past week my epy pain has died down. BUT another thing has come into play. I am no longer employed and no longer have a 40 min drive to work and 40 min drive back anymore. Let alone a 10min walk X 2 everyday. SO that may have something to do with it as well.

I think the meds are helping but still not the end result I was looking for. I wanted it to let me be more active but that doesn’t seem to the case.

I am curious though if TRUE cialis would work better if it has some better bonding agent when taken.

#27

I wanted to report after 5 days of taking the cialis/oxytocin compounded medicine prescribed in Dr. P’s clinic.

It has helped me. I don’t know how sustainable it is but my pain levels are down quite a bit.

I am worried the efficacy will wear out so I may cut back on weekends when I’m not in a chair.

A day without out pain is a good day.

It surely works but i want to know why? I am thinking blood flow to region but why does more blood flow take pain away?

#29

@Loz Hypoxia…

The more blood flow the more oxygen to the tissues. The pelvic pain specialist at Cleveland recommends 30 min hot baths nightly to increase blood flow to the pelvis basically this pill is doing it for you.

Hi Mike
Please give an update about cialis/oxytocin compounded medicine.
I’m curious

#32

It seemed to help a lot at first. I usually take a half a dose a morning. I am definitely going to keep filling this. It’s kind of pricey but I feel like it’s worth it. I have not used it to bone my wife yet. I took one morning and we found ourselves alone in our house one afternoon (no kids which is rare) so I suggested we go up and sure enough I was able to produce a bat with little effort lol but she had to go pick up a kid so I didn’t get to put it to work.
It does not make me pain free 100% but it helps quite a bit so it’s nice to have in the arsenal for when I need to break glass. I only take it in the morning. I don’t want a raging hardon to keep me up when I hit REM sleep and I suspect this stuff will do that.

#33

I’ve taken this too. It’s been a good medicine.

#34

So. I have been taking it ever other day it does help some. But not enough to stop looking for a better solution.
It has helped my epy pain a bit. But my surgical site still aches and seem to be the bigger of the two problems now. Because if I lay wrong during the night I pay for it that day.

I still find some relief from getting off time to time. Any one think maybe the chords because we have less sex and they are weakened from the procedure, that atrophy starts to set in?

#35

Hi Mike.
You mentioned in a previous post that you struggled with neurological issues (brain fog, dizziness etc). Did cialis / ozytocin also help with this?

#36

I am now looking into the possibility a lot of the brain fog/dizziness/fatigue issues had to do with poor blood sugar control.

I’ve had a lot of work ups in the last few years and the one thing I’ve noticed is my fasting blood sugar is borderline pre-diabetic. It’s been around 100 in the mornings. I got serious about it just recently and started testing day and night, even when I wake up in the middle of the night and am seeing some really interesting stuff. I’m going to see a doctor tomorrow and am hoping that this is the thing that has been causing the night sweats, sleep issues, concentration issues etc… I’m trying to lose 10 lbs to see if that helps.

Also walking like a fiend with some jogging and will be swimming a lot here soon.

#37

I’ve ordered some 5mg cialis. Will let you know what I think. both for pain and ED effects. all the best.

#38

Glad to hear others are also getting good results from this. I have been taking the cialis/oxytocin compound for about 6 months and it is amazing , dramatically relieved my pain levels. I am basically down to a zero to 1 with very rare and minor flare ups. I take one every other day and have had no negative side effects.
My history is vas in 11, reversed in 12 then one side denervation. It was hell for about 4 years . Got the Botox from dr P which seemed to help after a year or so. I was still having pain especially after exertion so he recommended the compound and it has been the final piece to put me back to normal, thank you Dr P

#39

This fantastic news. It is so good to hear! Thanks for sharing. My son who is 17 tried it and didn’t get any pain relief. Botox with Dr. P didn’t help either. We are still searching for an answer and continue having conference calls with Dr. P every few months.

What is the dose of both drugs you use? I can get Oxytocin in a capsule of 1ml to inject and I need to know how much of it I need to use daily (or whatever frequency dr, P prescribed) + what is the amount of taladafine you took with it per dose?
